The Renewable Energy Production Incentive (REPI) Performance-Based Incentive is a Municipal Utility, Rural Electric Cooperative, Native Corporations, Local Government, State Government, and Tribal Government program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Landfill Gas, Wind, Biomass, Geothermal Electric, Anaerobic Digestion, Tidal Energy, Wave Energy, Ocean Thermal, Solar Thermal Electric, and Photovoltaic.
