The Sarasota County Get Energy Smart Retrofit Local Rebate Program is a Residential program for those who have the following energy efficient measures installed in their buildings: Windows, Doors, Room Air Conditioners, Clothes Washers, Dishwasher, Refrigerators, Ceiling Fan, Water Heaters, Lighting, Heat pumps, Central Air conditioners, Duct/Air sealing, Building Insulation, Energy Savings Device Kit, Home Energy Audit, Solar Attic Fan, Solar Water Heat, and Geothermal Heat Pumps.
