The Local Option Special Districts PACE Financing is a Commercial and Residential program for those who have the following energy efficient measures installed in their buildings: Duct/Air sealing, Building Insulation, Windows, Lighting, Chillers , Furnaces , Boilers, Heat pumps, Central Air conditioners, Heat recovery, Energy Mgmt. Systems/Building Controls, Electric Vehicle Charging Equipment, Locally determined, Solar Water Heat, Solar Space Heat, Photovoltaics, Wind, Biomass, Daylighting, Geothermal Heat Pumps, Hydrogen, and Locally determined.
