The Orange County Homeowners Energy Efficiency Program (OCHEEP!) Local Rebate Program is a Residential program for those who have the following energy efficient measures installed in their buildings: Water Heaters, Lighting, Heat pumps, Central Air conditioners, Programmable Thermostats, Refrigerators, Ceiling Fan, Energy Mgmt. Systems/Building Controls, Caulking/Weather-stripping, Duct/Air sealing, Building Insulation, Windows, Roofs, Radiant Barriers, Attic Ventilation, Window Film or Solar Screens, Photovoltaics, Daylighting, and Solar Water Heat.
