The Technology and Demonstration State Grant Program is an Institutional and Commercial program for those who have the following energy efficient measures installed in their buildings: Biodiesel Manufacturing Facilities, Storage, Passive Solar Space Heat, Solar Thermal Electric, Photovoltaics, Wind, Conversion and Conditioning Equipment, Hydroelectric, and Fuel Cells. The grant is up to $200k or 25% of the equipment cost. The following legislation established this program: 29 Del. C. § 8051 et seq. and CDR § 7-100-104 .
