Title: Research and Development State Grant Program in Delaware

Details:

The Research and Development State Grant Program is an Institutional and Commercial program for those who have the following energy efficient measures installed in their buildings: Solar Space Heat, Solar Thermal Electric, Solar Thermal Process Heat, Photovoltaics, Landfill Gas, Wind, Biomass, Hydroelectric, Methanol, Biodiesel, Geothermal Electric, Fuel Cells, Municipal Solid Waste, Hydrogen, Daylighting, Anaerobic Digestion, Passive Solar Space Heat, Solar Water Heat, Renewable Fuels,  and Ethanol. The grant is up to $250k or 35% of the project cost. The following legislation established this program: 29 Del. C. § 8051 et seq. and CDR § 7-100-104 .
