The Qualified Energy Conservation Bonds (QECBs) Federal Loan Program is a Tribal Government, Local Government, and State Government program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Hydroelectric, Geothermal Electric, Municipal Solid Waste, Hydrokinetic Power, Anaerobic Digestion, Tidal Energy, Wave Energy, Ocean Thermal, Solar Thermal Electric, Photovoltaic, Landfill Gas, Wind, and Biomass.
