The U.S. Department of Energy Federal Loan Program is a Schools, Local Government, State Government, Agricultural, Institutional, Any non-federal entity, Manufacturing Facilities, Commercial, Industrial, and Nonprofit program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Photovoltaic, Wind, Hydroelectric, Geothermal Electric, Fuel Cells, Day lighting, Tidal Energy, Wave Energy, Ocean Thermal, Bio diesel, Fuel Cells using Renewable Fuels, Solar Thermal Electric, and Solar Thermal Process Heat.
