The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) Green Residential Building State Rebate Program is a Multi-Family Residential and Residential program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Solar Water Heat, Solar Space Heat, Photovoltaic, Wind, Biomass, Geothermal Heat Pumps, Day lighting, Small Hydroelectric, Comprehensive Measures/Whole Building, and Passive Solar Space Heat.
