The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) Home Performance with Energy Star Homeowner Financing Incentive State Rebate Program is a Residential program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Water Heaters, Lighting, Furnaces , Boilers, Heat pumps, Central Air conditioners, Heat recovery, Programmable Thermostats, Duct/Air sealing, Building Insulation, Windows, Doors, Custom, Solar Water Heat, Solar Space Heat, Biomass, Geothermal Heat Pumps, Clothes Washers, Dishwasher, Refrigerators, and Dehumidifiers.
