The State Bond Program is a Residential and Commercial program for those who have the following energy efficient measures installed: Hydroelectric, Anaerobic Digestion, Small Hydroelectric, Tidal Energy, Ocean Thermal, Renewable Fuels, Ethanol, Methanol, Bio-diesel, Fuel Cells using Renewable Fuels, Solar Water Heat, Solar Thermal Electric, Solar Thermal Process Heat, Photo voltaic, Landfill Gas, Wind, and Biomass.
