The Puerto Rico Green Energy Fund Rebate Program is a Residential, Nonprofit, Commercial, and Industrial program for those who have energy efficient installations made with the following: Wind and Photovoltaic. The program offers up to $2.8 million. The following legislation set up this program: PREAA Green Energy Fund Regulation 8038 and C2610 (2010) Act No. 83.
