The Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) Public Sector New Construction and Retrofit State Grant Program is an Institutional, Schools, State Government, Fed. Government, and Local Government program for those who have the following energy efficient measures installed: Comprehensive Measures/Whole Building. The program offers up to $300k which varies by efficiency improvement beyond energy code. The installation requires a state licensed installer.
