The Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) Energy Efficient Affordable Housing Construction State Grant Program is a Low-Income Residential program for those who have the following energy efficient measures installed: Boilers, Refrigerators, Water Heaters, Lighting, Furnaces, Central Air conditioners, Duct/Air sealing, Building Insulation, Windows, Exhaust fans, and Clothes Washers, Dishwasher.
