The Energy Efficiency Fund (Gas) Home Energy Solutions and Performance Utility Rebate Program is a Multi-Family Residential, Low-Income Residential, and Residential program for those who have the following energy efficient measures installed in their buildings: Blower-Door Test, Caulking/Weather-stripping, Duct/Air sealing, Building Insulation, Water Heaters, Custom/Others pending approval, Home Energy Assessment, Hot Water-Saving Measures.
