The Energy Efficiency Fund (Electric and Gas) Residential New Construction Utility Rebate Program is a Construction, Residential, Multi-Family Residential, Low-Income Residential, and Installer/Contractor program for those who have the following energy efficient measures installed in their buildings: Heat pumps, Water Heaters, Comprehensive Measures/Whole Building, Central Air conditioners, Duct/Air sealing, Building Insulation, and Geothermal Heat Pumps.
