The Boulder County EnergySmart Residential Energy Efficiency Local Loan Program offers Residential customer rebates to increase the energy efficiency of the building by updating the following: Whole House Fans, Clothes Washers, Dishwasher, Boilers, Heat pumps, Refrigerators, Water Heaters, Lighting, Evaporative Coolers, Furnaces, Duct/Air sealing, and Building Insulation.
