The Boulder County EnergySmart Residential Energy Efficiency Local Rebate Program offers Residential customer rebates to increase the energy efficiency of the building with the following updates: Whole House Fans, Clothes Washers, Dishwasher, Refrigerators, Lighting, Furnaces, Boilers, Heat pumps, Duct/Air sealing, Building Insulation, Evaporative Coolers, and Water Heaters.
