The Connecticut Clean Energy Fund (CCEF) On-Site Renewable Distributed Generation (DG) State Grant Program is for State Government, Commercial, Industrial, Nonprofit, Schools, Fed. Government, Low-Income Residential, Institutional, and Local Government organizations which have the following energy efficient systems installed: Wave Energy, Photovoltaics, Landfill Gas, Wind, Biomass, Fuel Cells, Tidal Energy, Ocean Thermal, and Small Hydroelectric.
