The Xcel Energy Renewable Energy Buy-Back Rates Performance-Based Incentive Program is a State Government, Commercial, Industrial, Nonprofit, Schools, Local Government, Agricultural, Institutional, and Residential program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Anaerobic Digestion, Small Hydroelectric, Tidal Energy, Wave Energy, Fuel Cells using Renewable Fuels, Wind, Biomass, and Geothermal Electric.
