The Vermont Standard Offer for Qualifying SPEED Resources Performance-Based Incentive is an Agricultural, Commercial, Industrial, and Owners of Qualified SPEED Resources program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Wind, Biomass, Hydroelectric, Municipal Solid Waste, Anaerobic Digestion, Small Hydroelectric, Photovoltaic, and Landfill Gas. The following legislation set up this program: 30 V.S.A. § 8001 et seq., CVR 30 000 054. 4.300, Order Establishing A Standard-Offer Program for Qualifying SPEED Resources, Final Order Standard Offer Price Determination for SPEED Resources, H.B. 781, and Act No. 47 (H.56).
