The Vermont Small-Scale Renewable Energy Incentive State Rebate Program is a Construction, Commercial, Industrial, Nonprofit, Schools, Local Government, State Government, Tribal Government, Multi-Family Residential, Low-Income Residential, Agricultural, Institutional, and Residential program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Micro-hydro, Small Hydroelectric, Solar Water Heat, Photovoltaic, and Wind.
