The Voluntary Renewable Resources State Grant Program is a Rural Electric Cooperative, Quasi-Municipal Corporations and Districts, Nonprofit, and Schools program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Wind, Biomass, Hydroelectric, Geothermal Electric, Fuel Cells, Municipal Solid Waste, Tidal Energy, Solar Thermal Electric, and Photovoltaic.
