The Renewable Energy Sales Tax Exemption is an Industrial, Utility, and Commercial program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Landfill Gas, Wind, Biomass, Hydroelectric, Geothermal Electric, Anaerobic Digestion, Solar Thermal Electric, and Photovoltaic. The program offers 100% sales tax exemption. The following legislation set up this program: Utah Code 59-12-102 and Utah Code 59-12-104. For more details use the following links and contact below:
