The Alternative Energy Development Incentive Industry Recruitment/Support is an Industrial and Commercial program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Wind, Biomass, Hydroelectric, Geothermal Electric, Other Non-Renewable Alternative Energy Resources, Small Hydroelectric, Solar Thermal Electric, and Photovoltaic. The program offers up to 100% of state tax revenues. The following legislation set up this program: Utah Code 63M-1-2801, et seq., Utah Code 59-7-614.2, HB 430, SB 242 of 2010, and Utah Code 59-10-1107.
