The Solar Energy Sales Tax Exemption is a General Public/Consumer, Residential, Commercial, and Industrial program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Solar Thermal Process Heat, Photovoltaic, Solar Pool Heating, : Solar Water Heat, and Solar Space Heat.
