The Small Business Revolving State Loan Fund Program is provided to a commercial business who implements pollution control measures or prevention and waste reduction. The maximum loans are $65k for 10 years at 80% of prime interest rate with a business of 100 or fewer employees. The funding source is by the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ).
