The Keystone HELP Energy Efficiency State Loan Program is a Low-Income Residential and Residential program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Furnaces, Boilers, Heat pumps, Central Air conditioners, Programmable Thermostats, Caulking/Weather-stripping, Duct/Air sealing, Ceiling Fan, Equipment Insulation, Water Heaters, Building Insulation, Windows, Doors, Comprehensive Measures/Whole Building, Ventilating Fans, Biomass, Geothermal Heat Pumps, Alternative Energy Heating and Cooling Equipment Systems.
