The Local Rural Renewable Energy Development Zones is a Commercial program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Geothermal Electric, Geothermal Heat Pumps, Other Unconventional Forms of Energy, Renewable Fuels, Ethanol, Bio diesel, Geothermal Direct-Use, Solar Water Heat, Solar Space Heat, Solar Thermal Electric, Photo voltaic, Wind, and Biomass.
