The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) Residential Loan Fund is a Residential program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Dehumidifiers, Water Heaters, Lighting, Furnaces, Boilers, Heat pumps, Central Air conditioners, Heat recovery, Programmable Thermostats, Duct/Air sealing, Building Insulation, Windows, Doors, Clothes Washers, Dishwasher, Refrigerators, Solar Water Heat, Biomass, and Geothermal Heat Pumps.
