The Local Option Special Improvement Districts Property-Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Financing is a Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Multi-Family Residential program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Solar Thermal Process Heat, Photovoltaic, Wind, Biomass, Hydroelectric, Geothermal Electric, Geothermal Heat Pumps, Solar Pool Heating, Small Hydroelectric, Solar Water Heat, Solar Space Heat, and Solar Thermal Electric.
