The Norwich Public Utilities (Electric) Residential Energy Efficiency Utility Rebate Program is a Residential program for those who have the following energy efficient measures installed in their buildings: Low-Flow Shower Heads. Water Heaters, Lighting, Central Air conditioners, Programmable Thermostats, Clothes Washers, Refrigerators, Comprehensive Measures/Whole Building, and Room Air Conditioners.
