The St. Louis County Residential Energy Efficiency Loan Program is a Residential program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Water Heaters, Lighting, Furnaces , Boilers, Heat pumps, Central Air conditioners, Programmable Thermostats, Duct/Air sealing, Building Insulation, Windows, Doors, Roofs, Motors, Whole House Fans, and Equipment Insulation.
