The Midstate Electric Cooperative (MEC) Residential Conservation Utility Rebate Program is a Multi-Family Residential and Residential program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Water Heaters, Lighting, Heat pumps, Caulking/Weather-stripping, Duct/Air sealing, Building Insulation, Windows, Comprehensive Measures/Whole Building, Clothes Washers, and Refrigerators.
