Energy Conservation Utility Rebate Program is a Commercial, Nonprofit, Construction, Installer/Contractor, Multi-Family Residential, Industrial, and Residential program for those who have the following energy efficient measures installed: Water Heaters, Clothes Washers, Refrigerators, Lighting, Heat pumps, Building Insulation, Comprehensive Measures/Whole Building, and Windows.
