The Florida Public Utilities Residential Energy Efficiency Utility Rebate Program is a Multi-Family Residential and Residential program for those who have the following energy efficient measures installed in their buildings: Windows, Central Air conditioners, Heat pumps, and Geothermal Heat Pumps.
