The Energy Improvement Loan Program (EILP) is a Nonprofit, Schools, Local Government, Commercial, and Industrial program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Furnaces, Boilers, Heat pumps, Central Air conditioners, Heat recovery, Caulking/Weather-stripping, Duct/Air sealing, Building Insulation, Windows, Doors, Siding, Lighting, Lighting Controls/Sensors, Chillers, Roofs, Motor VFDs, Solar Water Heat, Solar Space Heat, Solar Thermal Electric, Solar Thermal Process Heat, Photovoltaic, Wind, Biomass, and Hydroelectric.
