The Energy Efficient Residential Construction Personal Tax Credit is a Construction and Residential program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Central Air conditioners, Caulking/Weather-stripping, Duct/Air sealing, Building Insulation, Windows, Doors, Roofs, Comprehensive Measures/Whole Building, Furnaces, and Heat pumps.
