The Energy Efficiency Corporate Tax Credit is a Construction, Installer/Contractor, Agricultural, Commercial, and Industrial program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Comprehensive Measures/Whole Building, Energy Star Homes, Water Heaters, Lighting, Lighting Controls/Sensors, Furnaces, Boilers, Heat pumps, Central Air conditioners, and Energy Star Manufactured Homes. The program offers up to 30% of the installed cost. The program was setup by the following legislation: (H.B. 2), KRS § 141.435 et seq. HB240, and H.B. 240.
