The Delaware Public Service Commission Solar Renewable Energy Credits Performance-Based Incentive is a Commercial, Industrial, Residential, Nonprofit, Schools, Local Government, Utility, State Government, Agricultural, Institutional program for those who have the following energy efficient measures installed in their buildings: Photovoltaic system. The credits are $310/MWh for a certified systems. The following legislation established this program: 26 Del. C. § 351 et seq., CDR § 26-3000-3008, Senate Bill 19 of 2007 , and S.S. 1 for S.B. 119 .
