The District of Columbia Residential Energy Efficient Appliance State Rebate Program is a Residential program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Furnaces, Boilers, Programmable Thermostats, Caulking/Weather-stripping, Building Insulation, Clothes Washers, Dishwasher, Refrigerators, Water Heaters, Windows, and Doors.
