The San Isabel Electric Association (SIEA) Residential Energy Efficiency Utility Rebate Program offers Residential customer rebates to increase the energy efficiency of the building with the following updates: Refrigerators, Water Heaters, ETS Room Unit, ETS Furnace, Clothes Washers, and Dishwasher.
