The Local Option Renewable Energy Systems Property Tax Incentive offers Residential, General Public/Consumer, Agricultural, Commercial, and Industrial customer incentive to increase the energy efficiency of the building with the following updates: Solar Thermal Electric, Photovoltaics, Wind, Biomass, Geothermal Electric, Other Renewables, and Solar Water Heat.
