The City and County of Denver Elevations Energy Efficiency Local Loan Program offers Residential and Commercial customer rebates to increase the energy efficiency of the building by updating the following: Photovoltaic, Geothermal Heat Pumps, Solar Water Heat, Refrigerators, Water Heaters, Lighting, Furnaces, Heat pumps, Central Air conditioners, Duct/Air sealing, Building Insulation, Windows, Motors, Commercial Refrigeration Equipment, Food Service Equipment, Clothes Washers, and Dishwasher.
