The Burbank Water and Power (BWP) Residential Energy Efficiency Utility Rebate Program offers Low-Income Residential, Residential, and Multi-Family Residential customer rebates for installing the following energy efficient equipment: Room Air Conditioners, Clothes Washers, Dishwasher, Refrigerators, Central Air conditioners, Building Insulation, Windows, Doors, Whole House Fans, Pool Pumps, Shade Trees, and Ceiling Fan.
