The Alternative Energy Revolving State Loan Program is a Nonprofit, Schools, Local Government, Commercial, and Residential program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Solar Water Heat, Photovoltaic, Landfill Gas, Wind, Biomass, Geothermal Heat Pumps, Building Insulation, Windows, Doors, Appliances, Small Hydroelectric, Geothermal Direct-Use, and Fuel Cells using Renewable Fuels.
