Program Details:
The Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) Partner Utilities Energy Right New Homes Rebate Program offers rebates to Residential, Installer/Contractor, Construction, Utility, and Multi-Family Residential for all electric energy efficient new homes. The requirement is that the homes are energy right homes (7% better than code quality) of 93 to 86 HERS rating and for energy right platinum homes (15% better than code quality) a 85 or less HERS rating with Energy Star certification. The facility will receive up to $800 for site built new homes, up to $200 for multifamily units, and $300 for a manufactured home heat pump (13 SEER).
