The Zero-Emission Facilities Production Corporate Tax Credit is a Commercial program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Wind, Hydroelectric, Geothermal Electric, Solar Thermal Electric, and Photovoltaic. The program offers up to 7.5 cents/kWh for 10yrs. The following legislation set up this program: 68 Okl. St. § 2357.32A, HB 3024, Senate Bill 1267, and HB 3024.
