The Xcel Energy Renewable Development Fund (RDF) Utility Grant Program is a Local Government, Utility, State Government, Tribal Government, Federal Government, Agricultural, Institutional, Commercial, Industrial, Residential, Nonprofit, and Schools program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Biomass, Hydroelectric, CHP/Cogeneration, Hydrogen, Anaerobic Digestion, Renewable Fuels, Fuel Cells using Renewable Fuels, Solar Thermal Electric, Photovoltaic, and Wind.
