Program Details:
This is a utility loan program sponsored by the PRECorp in northeastern Wyoming. It applies to both commercial and residential sectors, and will pay up to $2500 per applicant per calendar year. There is a 0% interest rate and the loan must be repaid before 36 months has elapsed.
The loan is restricted for use in paying for renewable and energy efficiency improvement in small businesses and residential homes. Improvements can include upgrading windows, door, lighting, water heaters, refrigerators, clothes washers and insulation.
Restrictions: Applicants must complete a training session sponsored by the PRECorp before the receive any money.
